To request an after hours emergency retrieval from storage, please call 604-671-8700. If no immediate response, please call our security monitoring company at 604-436-2270. Quote system number I 130 8571 and inform them that you need to contact a BC Records employee. They will forward your emergency request to one of our employees who will make immediate and direct contact with you. Please be advised that all emergency requests have a one hundred and fifty dollar charge. All emergency requests during Holidays have a two hundred and ten dollar charge.
