To request an after hours emergency retrieval from storage:
Please call 604-671-8700.
If no immediate response:
Please call our Security Monitoring Company at 604-469-4899. Quote system number I 130 8571 and inform them that you need to contact a B.C. Records Management Services employee. They will forward your emergency request to one of our employees who will immediately make direct contact with you.
Please be advised that all emergency requests have a one hundred and fifty dollar charge.
