Deliveries / Pick Ups
Requests for tapes, cartons or files can be made by using EDCWeb Direct, by phone at 604-433-2600, by fax at 604-436-0073 or via email to email@example.com.
Regular requests for tapes, files or cartons received prior to 11:30am on a normal business day will be delivered/received that afternoon – Lower Mainland.
Regular requests received after 11:30am will be delivered/received the following business day.
Rush requests for tapes, files or cartons received between 8:00am and 3:00pm during regular business hours will be delivered/received within 2 hours of your request.
Emergency requests for tapes, files or cartons received outside business hours (evenings, weekends and Holidays) will be delivered/received within 4 hours of your request.
For vault storage services BC Records will schedule a standard daily, weekly or monthly rotation to meet your specific backup schedule. On the schedule delivery day, BC Records’ driver will complete your tape exchange either in the morning or in the afternoon as specified by you.
A request for a document will be faxed to your office directly on the same business day if the request is received before 11:30am. Documents processed as scan on demand will be sent via encrypted email the same business day if received before 11:30am.
